McDonald's in Monheim am Rhein

1.5 hours waiting time for delivery, really bad. That only because we didn't feel like going to the incredibly bad and equally slow McDrive, where usually half of the bad-tempered and unfriendly staff is forgotten.

The burgers were freshly prepared, good in taste and visual. The journey is a bit cumbersome.

Especially now in the corona time a top service and the staff super nice

The vouchers for the happy meals were not accepted. Or wanted to discuss with me about 1 EURO. Doesn't work at all

I cannot understand the negative reviews. Despite a high number of customers, my orders were always completely packed. The staff are friendly and work quickly.

Unfortunately, it's getting worse and worse. At first, the drive-in employee claimed that you could only redeem one coupon per purchase, which is nonsense (no limit when ordering from the machine in the store). Then the order took a long time, we were asked several times whether we already had the drinks and at the end of the day the toys from the happy meal and 2 burgers were missing. I can only advise everyone to check everything in the parking lot directly because it has already happened several times (maybe a method?). We won't go here for the time being.

I waited with friends for over 30 minutes in the drive in. We then wanted to redeem a voucher and then we were told that we can only redeem one voucher per order. We then wanted to place two orders, but they were told in the most unfriendly way that it is no longer possible and that we should queue up again in the dive-in line, which did not get any shorter. You couldn't even argue with the lady at the counter because she simply ignored us and treated us like air. One employee even said to her that it was not okay how she treated us and that she completely ignored it.

If you could give 0 stars, then I would not give it myself, because the employees are really unfriendly and a manager was discussing loudly with the employees and we noticed everything. It was a pretty uncomfortable feeling for both the customers and the employees.

The guy responsible of the COVID rules at the entrance is just rude and not respecting the customers. Never again!

However, 3 star deduction because the terminals were out because of Corona! It works in other McDonald's branches, because there is a glove dispenser hanging there, for example. This way, people queues quickly and unnecessarily. Badly resolved in fact.

Ordered food there via the app, everything went very quickly, unfortunately there was no sauce, the dishes were missing and the drinks were warm. Unfortunately once again disappointed.

The restaurant made an unkempt look at McDonald's that was unfamiliar to me. The tables were definitely not cleaned and disinfected after each use, which is currently mandatory due to the corona pandemic to my knowledge. On the positive side, I would like to comment on the friendliness of the cashier. The fries were clearly not salted when they were served to me.

I've been there many times. Almost always a good experience. However, when there is a lot to do, the team seems overwhelmed. This is how mistakes happen. Sauces are missing French fries are cold ...

Very bad service. If you order through McDrive, only half of it is packed. You should really check it before you go even a meter. This has happened to me for the third time. One time is ok. But three times ??? One suspects a system behind it. You can of course also earn your money that way.

Service staff often misunderstand orders and even with correction it is not changed B. Eating 0.5 L water instead of a 0.5 L Fanta tastes good and is worth the price.

Very disappointing now. Eternally long waiting times, whoever pushes ahead will not be whistled back. Keeping your distance is a joke and the lady at the checkout barely understands you. Finally, the food is almost cold. We were there for the last time for the time being. What a shame.

Just rebuilt, much brighter and food is brought exclusively to the table. Very friendly and clean. Food can be ordered via touchscreen and then picked up at the counter.

American fast food, cheap, seated and take away. Friendly stuff, no table service. Usually packed, not attended well, tables often dirty, stained with left over food. Own parking lot, drive through available, McCafe option. Small outdoor play area for children and some picnic style tables. At the time of my last visit only the ground floor was opened with approximately 6 tables and had people already waiting to get a seat. Had to eat in the car.
